catlover
Stupid question, probably, but: how to I change the stroke of a shape to a brush-stroke ? I would like to turn the stroke of the top shape into a "brushed" stroke, like the bottom one. Is this at all possible ?
Staff MEB Posted June 13, 2015 Staff Share Posted June 13, 2015 Hi catlover, The top object is not a shape, but a raster object. In Affinity Designer, you could do that easily if the top object were a vector shape picking a brush stroke from the Brushes panel. In Affinity Photo there's no way to do this directly. The brushes here are not vector based, so you cannot change the stroke the same way. Even if you recreated that object with the Pen tool here, you still wouldn't be able to stroke it since there's no commands for that. I think your best bet is to do this in Designer and then copy the finished object to Affinity Photo.
