Joe Workman Posted July 23, 2019 Posted July 23, 2019 With Both Affinity Photo and Designer, I can no longer open any file or drag and drop a file that is stored in iCloud. The only exception is if the file is stored in the official Affinity Photo/Designer iCloud Drive folders. However, if I have a jpg/png/svg on my desktop (which is on iCloud) I cannot drag it into any Affinity document or open it directly via File->Open. I see two different errors depending on the file. Even though both are on my desktop... The only workflow that seems to work right now is to move the file off iCloud and then I can use it inside Affinity. Quote
Staff Callum Posted July 24, 2019 Staff Posted July 24, 2019 Hi Joeworkman, Welcome to the forums If possible could you provide one of the files in question? Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
Joe Workman Posted July 24, 2019 Author Posted July 24, 2019 I tried disabling fonts on my Mac and that seems to have fixed Affinity. This makes not sense at all to me. This affects no other app other than my Affinity apps. Quote
