CDFWD
In Designer, we currently have 40 posters created in one file as we utilize the symbol function which is a great tool. If we edit just 1 of the 40 posters (not using symbol) and want to export just that single poster we can export to single PDF. If we edit 1 poster using symbol to make changes on all 40 posters we can export the posters and all 40 posters come out as 1 PDF document. Currently we are exporting 40 posters individually to have them separated as the other alternative is exporting all 40 posters as one PDF document, then breaking the document down into individual PDF files. Is there a way to export all 40 posters (artboards) as individual PDFs with file names matching their artboard names? What is the shortcut we can do to make this happen? Or how can we setup the file to be able to export like this (noting that we require the symbol tool to make bulk changes to the posters) Thanks very much CDFWD

Switch to the Export Persona & there should be a slice automatically created for each artboard as well as the whole document one. Each slice should have that artboard's name preassigned to it. Select all of the artboard slices & in the Export Options > Selection choose a PDF (or whatever) preset. Untick the "Background" (whole document) slice if you don't want to export it. Click the "Export Slices" button in the Slices panel to export each artboard.
