odoug04 Posted July 21, 2019 Posted July 21, 2019 I was wondering if there was a way to group elements that are on different layers. For instance, I would like to group the 'compass' into one but still keep the 'document' sandwiched in between while not including the 'document' in the group. Is this possible? *see image for context* Quote
Old Bruce Posted July 21, 2019 Posted July 21, 2019 The compass needle needs to be above the document so there is no way to do this. You could duplicate the needle and move the copy down below the document and group that with the compass if what you want is a complete compass but there is no way to have the document both inside and above the two elements of the compass.. odoug04 1 Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6 Affinity Designer 2.5.7 | Affinity Photo 2.5.7 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.7 | Beta versions as they appear. odoug04 Posted July 22, 2019 Author Posted July 22, 2019 Thanks, however it would be nice to see something like this. Quote
