One of the requirements was it had to include Neptune, so I rummaged about on the internet and came across the mural painted on the dome to the White House, perfect! I had only one evening to get it done so some Cherubs got omitted plus the fella guiding the horses. Looking at it now I see I needed to do some more work on the Neptunes Chariot/Shell dooh!
