I built a 4 page document, all of it using the Master sheet for the visual template in the background.  I have one element on the master page that has 7% opacity, to really fade into the background.  It looks fine when I'm working on it, but when I export to PDF for print, on Page 1 (and only Page 1), the element with low opacity is much more opaque than on any of the other pages.

I Tried to clear the master settings off page 1, then re-apply them, in case I had accidentally unlinked and altered the master elements on one page, but the same thing occurred after export.  I also checked to verify I didn't double up the one element on accident.  Can anyone give me any further suggestions as to what might be in error?

Hi BetlegeuseKC,

Welcome to the forums :)

I've tried to replicate this with a simple green rectangle on the Master page at 7% opacity, then exported my document to PDF using the same preset and I'm not currently seeing the same issue as you, my apologies.

Could you please provide a copy of your .afpub file so I can investigate this further? If you don't wish to make the file public on the forums you can upload it to the following link, many thanks in advance!
