ArgleBargle Posted July 15, 2019 Share Posted July 15, 2019 Is there a process in place where a commercial printer can create a PDF Export Profile specific to their needs and provide that to Publisher users? And could users then install that into Publisher as a PDF Export Profile? I often have the same document (say, an advertisement, for example) that goes to multiple printers (4/C web offset, sheetfed, newsprint, digital, etc.). Each printer has provided a PDF export profile for InDesign that maximizes the usability of the PDF file for their prepress workflow and the quality of the output for optimal on-press performance.
