karen_k
I think this is a bug... or there is a software preference I can’t seem to find. When I select a line and try to change the stroke size in the Stroke Studio flyout menu I seem to be getting a bug where the “Units” option for line width disappears. I kept typing “4” and the display for width would say “1 pt.” It was driving me crazy, then I discovered it only does this if I use the Apple Pencil to click on the number value. If I use my finger, it seems to be fine. I tried turning off the double-tap option in both System Settings and Affinity Designer Preferences. I also tried turning the “Lines in Points” option on and off. ** I also tried restarting the app, and restarting the iPad. No luck. Is this a setting somewhere that I’m missing? Thanks! Staff Sean P Posted July 15, 2019 Staff Share Posted July 15, 2019 Hi karen_k, Welcome to the Affinity Forums! This is a known issue that is with development to be fixed, and as you say is only affected when using the Apple Pencil.
karen_k
Thanks for the reply Sean! Good to know I can stop fruitlessly trying to figure out what weird setting I need to adjust!
