kvliet
Hello, I am an newbie. A-Designer looks great! I am sometimes working with low resolution image which I import in a layer. Is there a way to give the image a higher resolution?
Staff MEB Posted June 9, 2015 Staff Share Posted June 9, 2015 Hi kvliet, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) No, if the image was originally captured or created at a low resolution there's no way to increase its quality/detail (image resolution). You may be referring to increase its size instead, that is, increase its dimensions (image size) which is a different thing. Doing it will decrease image resolution and consequently its detail/sharpness but will make the image bigger. To do this in Affinity Designer just select the image and with the Move tool selected, drag it from the corners to increase its size.
