Hi,

What does it mean when a text frame has a blue outlined triangle with a blue eye next to it. If the I click on the eye it will then be crossed? It is not red which I know indicates text overflowed.

Thanks in anticipation.

For which application?
If you put one of these : [Aphoto], [ADesigner], [APublisher]
in front of the title, it would be much helpful.

Affinity Photo  1.7.2.471

Windows 10 Home  1903 (build 18362.175) - 64 bit processor - AMD A4-5000 APU with Radeon HD Graphics  1.50GHz - RAM 8,00 GB
Calibrated Monitor (Datacolor Spyder5 Pro)

Sounds like a bit of an anomaly, there is no reference in Help for a Blue eye next to a Blue outline triangle, I think they really should be red.

Can you replicate this result?

How did you make the text frame and get text into it?

Does the text actually overflow?

Hi

Thanks for helping. I have worked it out.

There is no text overflow just my cursor has been further down the text box. When I backspace and move it up the eye disappears.

Makes sense, no text overflow but space overflow so the icon wouldn't turn red but would acknowledge an overflow of sorts.

Just use the Tag, by means of which it is also possible to search.
