How to Manipulate Text into Rounded Shape? [Affinity Photo]

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I'm designing a label and need to manipulate the arch of some text to perfectly align with a curved area in the label. What's the best/easiest way to accomplish this in Affinity Photo?

Thanks so much in advance...

Hi Shema,
Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
There is no text-path functionality in Affinity Photo (to make text follow a path). However this is available in Affinity Designer. If you own both you can switch the document to Affinity Designer going to menu File > Edit in Designer... then select the path you want to use for the text, pick the Artistic Text Tool, move the cursor over the path until it changes to a "T" with a small have below, click and start typing. The text will follow the path. Let me know if I have misunderstood your issue/question.
