muelli75
Hello! As discussed on several threats here in the forums, a european PDF-"Master" and notable member of some PDF-workgroups posted today https://pdf-aktuell.ch/pa/language/en/disastrous-pdf-x-4-compatibility-with-new-affinity-publisher-1-0/ Please fix the PDF-import or add a PDF-Pass-through. Its really important for using Publisher day by day. jstask and 000 2 Quote Regards, Martin iMac 27", 2017/Big Sur 11.2.2 MacMini M1/BigSur 11.2.
World View
Could this also be the reason why a pdf created by Affinity Publisher loses all images when placed on Google Docs?

Were you placing a PDF document into a Publisher document and then exporting as a new PDF? If not, you were not performing the same kind of operation as mentioned in that blog post. No, Walter, I sent a pdf of my magazine to my rep and she put it on her google docs and noticed all images had disappeared. The magazine's first issue that I had created with a beta version did not do this.
mac_heibu
World View, this has absolutely nothing to do with the issue, reported the initial post. The article is dealing with high level PDF output compatibility.
