Paragraph style: "style" inaccessible

Hi,

Impossible to access the "base on", "next style", etc. when creating or modifying a paragraph style at some point. If I launch again APub and open the same document, I can access those options once or twice, and the next time I want to modify a style, I can't access them anymore (impossible to click on the "Style".
