As always i have some extra tricks in my video. So make sure you watch it full length. The Pencil Sketch Style uses layer bending and adjustment layers to create a very convincing result. I am trying to convert nature photos into black and white drawings, and, although I followed this carefully, I don't seem to get enough detail to show. Many thanks, Debbie When you finish to set the Inverted Layer, try to increase the contrast and/or to manipulate the curves, to define the lines (adjustments). Then make a Merge Visible layer and duplicate it. Now apply a Detect Borders Layer, then subtract it and adjust with the opacity control.
