This is the strangest thing I've ever encountered. Affinity Photo & Publisher will not even start on my Windows 10 PC. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both programs and the installation completes withj no problems and no errors. When I try to open either program from the Start Menu or the Desktop Shortcut, that was added during installation, the hourglass blinks a couple of ties and then nothing. No errors, no messages, nothing happens at all. It only happens with the 2 Affinity programs. All the other installed programs start and run with no problems. I even downloaded new copies of the installation files. No luck.
Does anyone have any ideas?

P.S.- I have found and added a Report.wer file generated by Windows when the program crashed. Perhaps, someone familiar with these can help diagnose the issue.

Hi Jersey Joe,

Welcome to the forums :)

Please could you call up the run box by holding down the Windows key and tapping the letter R and then enter the following %appdata% then press ok. This will bring up a finder windows with a few files listed. Please navigate to the roaming folder and then the Affinity folder. In here you will find a folder for each of our apps you have installed please open the folders for the apps you are having issues with and rename the 1.0 folders found inside them to 1.0.old then try launching Affinity.

Thanks

Callum
