denironaut
Finally found time to finish something! Simple sketch scanned in then given the Affinity magic. The end result is quite different but hopefully for the better. Thanks for viewing! peter
Hi Craig, I hope there isn't going to be a war between these and the eejits  If Hieronymous Bosch was alive today; he'd love this artwork and AD as well. This picture needs to be part of a bigger epic scene, on a Narnian/Tolkien scale. Maybe this could then end up as a 1000+ jigsaw. denironaut
Thanks Peter, I do hope to make a scene similar to this on a larger scale, just needs some thought.... Quote http://earnshaw.photography
eejits
Quality work denironaut, very envious of your skills with AD. The characters look amazing. How long did a piece like this take you? denironaut
Thanks a lot George, A compliment indeed coming from a man with your skill set! Hard to say how long it took, I'm on extended paternity leave, so in between buggie pushing and nappie changing I try to do little bits, I would estimate about 20 hours? Thats time on the mac not including the sketching. I'm not sure if thats slow or fast but it doesn't feel fast to be honest. peter
Congratulations Craig and Happy Father's day for this weekend! Enjoy it. It's just a balance now, between time spent on the Maclaren pram versus the Mackintosh!
