StevenR Posted July 7, 2019 Share Posted July 7, 2019 In the Layers panel, grouping objects moves the Expand/Collapse icon under the Hide/Show checkbox: The group can be expanded by choosing Expand Selection from the popup menu, but carefully clicking the icon's edge restores it: This happens in Affinity Designer 1.7.1 and Affinity Photo 1.7.1 in OS X 10.8.5.
