Older HP CP1518ni Color Printer & Designer

Hi,

 

Any idea what profile I can use in Designer to print to my older HP Color Laserjet CP1518ni printer?  The driver reports it as a PCL6 Class Driver.  It does not do much but hopefully someone might be able to help me determine what document profile and color management setting to use.  I've tried the RGB settings but they did not work either.

Hi oakguy,

Welcome to the forums

According to the manual for your printer (http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c01070718) under the Colour section (page 51) it states that the printer uses sRGB profiles for printing, so you should select this in Affinity.

Can you expand on the issues you're having when using the sRGB profile?
