Hi RedSnapper,

Unfortunately I can't download DPP as it requires a cannon camera serial number so I can't try this at my end. Are you able to add external editors to DPP? If you can't then you would need to export the image from DPP then import it into Affinity.

Thanks

Callum

In Windows (and maybe on Mac), if you have Photo as the default program for opening tiffs, then if you save your image from DDP4 as a tiff, then it should automatically open in Photo.

Thanks for the tips.

Unlike most photo editing software there is no Export function in DPP4 to save the file in a different format than the original. To do that I need to go to File ---> Batch process. This gives various formats the file can be saved in, e.g., jpg, tiff, etc. It also has the option to name software that will auto open the file after it has been saved. I specified the path and exe of Affinity Photo.
