magicdesign__ Posted July 3, 2019 Posted July 3, 2019 i cant see a check for updates button in any of the programs. I assume it auto checks? Quote
Alfred Posted July 3, 2019 Posted July 3, 2019 Yes, every Affinity app checks for updates automagically when you launch it. Quote Alfred Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for Windows • Windows 10 Home/Pro Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for iPad • iPadOS 17.5.1 (iPad 7th gen)
fde101 Posted July 5, 2019 Posted July 5, 2019 It depends on where you bought them. If you bought them from the Affinity store, then it is as @Alfred said, and there is also a check for updates menu item (in the application menu on the Mac, for example). Same with the betas. If you bought them from the app store, the updates are handled by the app store so you would do the check there, not from within the apps themselves. Quote
