Keep crashing when cutout image

It’s the first time I’m using Affinity photo. Paid and downloaded in an very exciting mood. But when im finally done my first editing on my cutout and wish to save it on new layer it just crashed and exit. Luckily it’s still there when I opened it again. Tried again wish to save the cut out but it kept crashing. Drive me crazy now…

question: how to solve it or is it an exisiting problem to everyone?

Hi yovikii, first probably not a good idea to use your gmail address (if that’s what it is), as your Display name on forums. Email harvesters could result in much spam to that address.

You shouldn’t be getting crashing when outputting a selection to a layer. There are quite a few bugs in the current release though so it’s proba a good idea to use the current beta. Most of the bugs are fixed and it shouldn’t be too long before a version is available on App Store. If you can’t wait register for the beta here.

Agreed! Go to your Account Settings page and click or tap on the ‘Display Name’ link to change it.
