Serif Drawplus 8 ,32bit?

Recommended Posts

I know Serif no longer develops Drawplus, but I purchased it a few months ago from Serif and I really need Autotrace to work.

Now with Windows 10 last update it seemed to crash whenever I use it?

I read somewhere on the internet that somebody said that Drawplus works best in 32 bit version?

On my account page there is only the 64bit version available?  How do I get the 32bit version?

Anyone have any similar experiences?  Thankyou.

I really need to get this working again.

Hi, @brockenflabel.

Sorry to hear you're having problems, but for support for the legacy Serif product line, you need to use the Serif community forum at https://community.serif.com/

This forum (where you posted your question) is just for the newer Affinity line of products. The experts (Serif, and user) in the other forum should be able to help you with any of your needs for the older products.
