defrian
I downloaded the 200m example file from the affinity publisher welcome screen. I now need to free up some space on my HD. How can I delete it? Thanks Edited July 2, 2019 by defrian better headline
walt.farrell
Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, defrian. I don't know if there's a better way, but if you're on Windows this should work: Press and hold the Windows key and press R. Paste the following line into the Run box that appears, then press Enter or click OK: %appdata%\Affinity\Publisher\1.0\Samples That will open a File Explorer window for that directory, and you can delete the file from there. I don't know where they'd be located on a Mac. walt.farrell
Ah, yes, silly me. It's also easier on Windows. I always forget about File > Open Folder in Explorer, which does the same as Mac's Reveal in Finder. markw
I would also add that the sample files are only held in temporary storage on Macs. On restarting your Mac the example files are wiped from the system. defrian 1 Quote macOS 10.15.7 | 15" Macbook Pro, 2017 | 4 Core i7 3.1GHz CPU | Radeon Pro 555 2GB GPU + Integrated Intel HD Graphics 630 1.536GB | 16GB RAM | Wacom Intuos4 M
