Przemysław
Hi, I was testing Affinity products at work with my personal licenses. I have now purchased licenses for work hoping we will be able to replace Adobe CC in near future for more users. I have uninstalled software and installed again hoping to register software with my new work account and new codes. However, after uninstalling and installing software again, it remembers my old credentials and don't ask for new keys. I removed leftover Affinity folders from C:\Program Files and from C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming but it didn't help. So how can I reinstall Affinity products to be prompted to enter a new license key? Staff Lee D Posted July 2, 2019 Staff Share Posted July 2, 2019 With Affinity Closed, do the following, depending on the age of the install, if you can check the following locations. You will have folders for each apps installed below are example for Photo but the same applies to Designer and Publisher. C:\ProgramData\Affinity\Photo\1.0\ or C:\Program Files\Affinity\Affinity Photo\ In one of those locations you should see a Licence.xml, delete that file and then start up Affinity and you'll be asked to enter the email address and product key again
Przemysław
Thank you @Lee D. I'll try it tomorrow. It's a pity that Affinity doesn't remove all files and folders when uninstalled. CMitch93
I have the same problem but my \ProgramFiles\Affinity\Publisher folder does not have any .xml files, let alone a license.xml file. There is a Licenses.rtf file that doesn't change anything when deleted. I uninstalled and reinstalled twice but it keeps remembering the original license. What file do I delete to reset the license?
