Zhavin Posted July 2, 2019 Posted July 2, 2019 hi there, Recently I tried to do a affinity publisher version for my supermarket flyer project. Here is 2 bug I found: 1, Affinity Publisher randomly crashed and disappear in my screen. 2, If placed duplicate image like the picture attached, and some of these duplicate image always not linked correctly, but if I close it and open i again, it will display correctly and maybe others duplicate image not linked. Any suggestions? Thanks. Quote

Even if the reason to join is a problem you have. It is hard to tell what is the cause for the crash just by a screenshot. It would be better if you uploaded the file in question to the forum. I assume, as a relatively new user you are not given the rights to upload files. This should change after three to five postings. I reckon just uploading the APub file alone will not help without the linked images. Perhaps you can ZIP up the project? I know I am asking for a lot. But without looking at the actual file it is really hard to tell, what is going on Cheers, d. Quote Affinity Suite on Windows (V2) and iPad (V2). Beta testing when available. Staff Jon P Posted July 16, 2019 Staff Posted July 16, 2019 Hi @Zhavin, Can you clarify what you mean by "not linked correctly" when duplicating? If I insert an image and duplicate it, it appears in the resource manager identical to the one that was originally placed. Regarding the random crash, have you seen this more than once? If you go to %appdata%\Affinity\Publisher\1.0\CrashReports and attach the report there after the crash happens it might provide some information. As dominik states, any files you can upload to help us reproduce what you see is helpful, if you want to keep it private use this link Thanks Quote Serif Europe Ltd. - www.serif.com
