Hi,

I'm thinking about purchasing this for the iPad pro, but i'm also thinking about using it on my 2012 Mac Mini.  Would i have to buy separate licenses?

You need to buy a separate Windows or Mac version to install on a desktop or an iPad version to install on the iPad. Each version is purchased independently and each has its own licenses.
