Product Key Invalid

Hello,

I am using the correct email and product key but it is stating that it is not valid. I am copying and pasting straight from my account on affinity photo. Please help.

As solving this would mean discussing your product key and email on the forums we could instead either send you a forum Private Message or you could keep this private by emailing us on AffinityOrders@serif.com instead.Which would you prefer?

Thanks, I'll do this when back at work (staff cannot see the database outside of the office network for data protection reasons)

Glad you are sorted, as your account (using your email address from the forum) has no Affinity Photo purchase, so the email address must be different, so perhaps that was it.
