Importing PDFs with embedded fonts

Recommended Posts

When I place a PDF with embedded fonts, that I don't have on my system (i.e. an advertisement from a client) in my Pub document, then the font is replaced but editable. For this kind of I will need option to place it not editable but with the embedded font,

Regards,
Peter

That is a feature that has been requested multiple times.

At this point, you need to have the matching fonts installed on your system

Hi!

I'm using Photo, Designer and now Publisher.
Really great work Serif has done with this Programms.
But not to be able to place PDF with embedded fonts makes Publisher nearly useless for me!
Mostly i get PDFs from my Customers and the are very creative in finding 'special' fonts....

Until this feature is implemented, i have to stay at QuarkXpress :221_see_no_evil:
