Account Confirmation email not received

I'm trying to get the trial version so I can test it out. I've made the Affinity account, got the key, but it won't give me the download link because it says I have to confirm my email. I've resent it 3 times now but I have yet to receive the confirmation email. I have checked all the spam/junk folders as well as my quarantine. An email message did come through thanking me for downloading (which I haven't been able to do) so I know serif.com isn't blocked and I know I typed the correct email address.

 

Any ideas?

Welcome to the Affinity forum.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues getting your account created. I am not seeing an unverified account registered to the email address you are using for your forum account, so I presume it is a different email address. Could you please contact the team using affinity@serif.com, letting us know the details of the account and we will see what we can do.


Any spelling or grammatical errors found in the above post are deliberate and included to boost the self-esteem of those who spot them.

I have requested the 90-day trial from Affinity Photo, and your system said it sent me an email with the download link and product keys, but I haven't received anything.

When I tried again, your system said I had already signed up for the trial.

Help.

Have you checked your Spam folder? That's especially important if you're a Gmail user.

Also, for me, Gmail put the trial email into the Promotions category, not the standard Inbox.
