Dan C Posted July 2, 2019 Posted July 2, 2019 Hi kamelelmallah Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Could you please confirm; How are you importing the images into Affinity? What camera do your RAWs originate from? Are these RAW files stored locally, or on a cloud drive? Does a 'RAW' logo appear by each image before opening? When opening RAW images that appear 'small and pixelated' do these open in the Develop Persona, or the Pixel Persona? Quote

Dan C Posted July 3, 2019 Posted July 3, 2019 Thanks for that, I've tried to replicate this issue but I've yet been unable to here. Could you please provide a screen recording showing you opening a file that opens small and pixelated and a recording of your crashing? If you're unsure of how to record your screen you can find out here - https://support.apple.com/HT207935 Quote

Dan C Posted July 8, 2019 Posted July 8, 2019 Thanks for your recording, this is a bug that has been logged with our developers, as it affects placing a RAW file. I recommend developing the image separately, exporting this as a JPEG or PNG and then placing this in your document. We hope to have this fixed asap! Quote
