Armin77
Sorry. Affinity Designer is in my eyes a pixel and vector tool. I need a tool that can transform both. Why not take the existing tool from Affinity Photo and install it?

Because Serif isn't Adobe, and it doesn't create mega applications like Photoshop. Instead, it offers individual applications for specific purposes at a very reasonable price, so the user can buy the apps exactly to their needs. I think we're arguing semantics here considering OP's request. The type of tool OP wants looks to me like a more non-destructive way of transforming a shape by having a more freehand perspective tool rather than the isometric perspective tools that the devs added in 1.7. Porting over your Designer project to Photo to use the transform tools is not a good option when working with vectors. Right now in Affinity Photo the Perspective and Mesh Warp tools are actually destructive, meaning that they rasterize and merge all selected layers into a pixel layer when activating them. Photoshop has the ability to work with vectors and pixels non-destructively when doing these types of transformations, but only while working with Smart Objects. The Affinity Suite doesn't have that kind of solution to my knowledge, and I could see both Designer and Photo share these two tools if they were non-destructive and didn't rasterize layers into a single pixel layer. Jowday
I think we can agree that Designer needs a vector perspective tool. Yes, but OP requires a pixel Perspective tool from Photo to add to Pixel Persona in ADesigner. 2ddpainter
Hello, everybody, there is a possibility already now in Affintiy Designer to Draw in Perspective with the help of the Tool Lazy Nezumi. Lazy Nezumi = LN allows to draw with Perspective Rulers in Affinity Designer and these feel and can be used just like as if they were built into Affinity Designer. Edit: As Alfred notice me below, i forget to write thatLN only works on Windows. Sorry Mac Users. Apart from this LN works pretty well with Affinity Designer and with many other Graphics programs too. No matter if vector graphics or painting programs. You can try it out for yourself with the 15 Day Trial version of LN. More Details and an Example Picture can be found under this Link in the lower Post:https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/85726-beyond-the-isometric-grid/&tab=comments&_fromLogin=1 Hope this helps, have a nice Day gottfried Edited July 2, 2019 by 2ddpainter
