First i would like to sat thanks for the program

second i just would like to know why is so slow or is just my computer

More details about what you're working on (pixel dimensions, number of layers, kind of layers) and exactly what you're doing that is slow will be needed.

Also, from Help > About, what version of Photo are you using?
