Observation!!!!

When I apply an adjustment to a layer (e.g. Brightness), once it is set, it can not be modified.  If you want to make another change to the Brightness, you need to add a second Brightness adjustment.  Is this the way things are supposed to work? ?

Hi jackbot and Welcome to the Forums,

You shouldn't have to add another adjustment.  Try double tapping the Brightness/Contrast adjustment on the Layers studio and it should bring up the control so you adjust it further
