My Vector design is always exported in pixels

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to export a simple design that I made using Vector brushes to PNG format, but the design always end up being exported in pixels instead of vector, I tried searching for some answers online but I didn't find anything, I tried exporting it in other formats and while it did bring better results, it still lost some of its quality when exported, please help.

Hi M.Saeb,

Welcome to the forums :)

It looks like you have used a raster brush which brush is it that you have used for this?

Thanks

Are these brushes directly from us? If so which pack is it that they are in?

they are directly from the application, the first one is from the Acrylics pack

and the second one is from Chalks and Pastels pack

These brushes are a raster texture stretched over a vector line. These will be rasterised on export to preserver the textures aspect ratio. You can find more information regarding this here:

In addition to the other answers: PNG is a raster format. You cannot export vector objects to PNG as vectors. You need to export to PDF, SVG, PSD, or EPS to keep the output in vector format.
