MalcolmDunne
Is there the ability to download photos etc from my H.P. Scanner? I cannot see one.
Staff Lee D Posted June 28, 2019 Staff Share Posted June 28, 2019 If you are using on macOS you can use File > Acquire Image within our apps, this uses the built in support for scanners in macOS. If Windows you'll need to use the software that came with your scanner. Once scanned and saved you can then open in Affinity for further adjusting. If you have Affinity Photo as the default program to open (say) tiff files then, if you save your scanned files as tiffs, then these will open automatically in Photo. This works so well you would hardly realize that you are not opening it from within Photo. I am assuming that you are using Windows.
