Arrowheads on Decorations

Recommended Posts

When adding "decorations" to text, there are options for setting an arrowhead, but these do not work and are not retained.

It would be nice if this were fixed so they actually worked, but if these are not going to be supported, the controls for setting them should either be hidden or disabled.  The current behavior is not appropriate.

The biggest issue is that the interface offers to let you select arrowheads for the lines in decorations but they don't actually work.

If it allows them to be selected they should work, and if they are not going to work, then the controls to select them should not be there.

Personally, I would prefer that they work (so yes), but it is a relatively little thing compared to the bad design of offering a feature that evidently isn't even there.

Even with only one line, left side or top, bottom or right, chosen in the Decorations field I could get no arrowhead for the line start or end or both. They just don't work.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

If it helps with confirming a Mac Publisher bug, the arrowheads for paragraph decorations work on Windows.
