Export different artboards at once ?

Recommended Posts

Hello, i think it will be nice - when i work with Affinity Designer: that there is a simple possibility to choose and export more then one Artboard for example to a PDF file.

Best way - maybe i can choose the Sides i like: for example: Artboard2, Artboard5, and Artoard11...

or is there still a way to do this?

Use the Export Persona.

By default all Artboards are already slices so just turn off (uncheck the box) those you don't want. If necessary use the export Persona and check the Layers Studio then select the Artboards and promote them to Slices, export from the Slices Studio. Here I will just export the Artboards 1 and 3.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4
Affinity Designer 2.4.1 | Affinity Photo 2.4.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.1 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

It would actually be nice to have a shortcut or menu option for exporting all slices using the already predefined settings in the export persona. I've searched for but there is no such command to use to create a shortcut in preferences.

If you use the export persona to "hide" artboards/slices that you don't wish to export and then use the file menu export function, there is a setting to not export layers hidden by export persona. The others will be compiled into one pdf with each artboard a different page... or at least, it should.
