If the spread origin is moved (say to bottom left), guides dragged on the canvas show the correct offset in the tooltip, but the wrong offset in the Guide Manager (still measured from top left). Moving the page origin does not cause the Transform Panel to update, either during the drag, or after the mouse is released. Refresh only occurs once a different object / node is selected.
