thevanman Posted June 26, 2019 Posted June 26, 2019 I have just bought a new laptop and I want to uninstall my copy of Affinity and reinstall on my new device. Can anyone help? thevanman
R C-R Posted June 27, 2019 Posted June 27, 2019 There is no need to do that. The license allows you to install & use the Affinity app on any computer you own or control, as long as no more than one person uses it for commercial purposes. If you are selling or giving away your old computer, you should remove all the application software from it that was sold with a non-transferable license (including the Affinity apps & many others), along with all personal info. thevanman Posted June 29, 2019 Author Posted June 29, 2019 Thank You. Serif Would not give me any information over the telephone and said I would have to contact Microsoft.

Which store did you buy your Affinity app(s) from? If it was the Microsoft Store, then Serif has no way of knowing what you bought because Microsoft does not share any personal purchase info with third party vendors selling their products through the MS Store, same as Apple for Mac App Store purchases.
