I have been working on a document for the past week. When I try to open the latest version, it tells me there are

Missing Resource(s)

Some of your linked resource files are missing. Would you like to locate them?

Resource Manager     No   Yes

Whichever of the three options I choose, the program crashes almost immediately. I attach the offending file and desperately hope you can help - I'm up against a deadline and cannot go forward.

Thanks

Hi rayelmitt,

This file doesn't crash for me, which is likely because I don't have access to any of the linked images, this is something we've seen a few times over the last couple of days and are investigating.

From what I've seen so far, if you can move any of the images you inserted from your google drive to a new location, does the file then open? (You will be warned these images are missing, but it sounds like you already receive a missing images warning)

Thank you for your  swift response Jon. I have moved all the resources to a new folder  location and the file opens - brilliant! Thanks. All the images are showing up but blurry so it seems like I now need to replace all the images? When I've done that , would you recommend I embed rather than link them?

For now it might be worth, or insert from a local drive. There is something we are investigating with linked images inserted from cloud drives causing the behaviour you have experienced.
