So if I use a rectangle to create the slice, everything visible within that rectangle will be exported also, not just the rectangle? Without using the rectangle as mask. If you create a slice from a layer or selection, only objects within that layer/selection will be exported. I hope I've understood your query correctly, if not please let me know!
