Aammppaa Posted June 25, 2019 Share Posted June 25, 2019 1. Use the appearance panel to apply a series of strokes to an object… For example: Black 1mm, Red 3mm, Black 5mm 2. Ensure that Scale with Object is turned on for all of the 3 strokes. 3. Copy and Paste Style to a number of target objects of varying sizes. Result: Only the stroke which was selected most recently is scaled in the ratio of the source object to the target object. If the inside stroke was selected, it can grow so large that it covers the other two. Conversely if the outer stroke is selected, it can shrink so as to disappear behind the middle stroke. I don't think any of these strokes should be rescaled when pasted - Scale with Object should only affect the size of the stroke when the object is resized.
