Dr_No
Hello … I am currently attempting to purchase Publisher (06242019.) I attempted purchase today and was smacked down with a notice advising me purchase is only allowed using Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal. I have only a Discover card and gave up all others when I retired in 2006 since I had no need of them. I need to know how I am to purchase Publisher under these conditions. Please advise of a solution - and no, I will not take out a MC or AE only for this. Thanks in advance. Dr_No
I HAVE an extant PayPal account and my Discover card is linked to it at eBay. Evidently the link is platform-specific, yes? If that's the case, do Affinity have the capability (as does eBay) to let me link my Discover card to the PayPal account? That would be a satisfactory workaround. walt.farrell
You would link your card at PayPal (not at eBay), then use PayPal at the Serif Affinity Store. Check your PayPal account to make sure the card is properly linked there. I live in Germany and have the same problem. The only difference: in my case American Express is not accepted, but Master Card and Visa. Why? What's the point?
