M1000 Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 Hi there, I posted this in the Publisher bug Report section already, but seems to be a Photo Problem. If I export to PDF (or any other vector-based format like .eps), Photo completely ignores the Live Filter Layers. For example, if I export this to a PDF: It results in this: So the Adjustment Layer is recognised, but the Live Filter Layer ignored. I attached the Photo, Publisher and PDF files.test.zip Quote Windows 10 Home 64 / AMD Ryzen 1700 @ 3.6 GHz / Asus Prime B350-Plus / 32 GB RAM / GeForce RTX 3060 12GB with latest studio drivers Affinity Suite V2 latest official versions
Bugs Posted June 25, 2019 Posted June 25, 2019 (edited) I have the same problem. So to keep the composition non destructive, I select the layers affected by the live filters > Edit > Copy Merged > Paste. Al least it keeps the original layers for future change, but of course, the copy merged must be done again after the change and before the new export. Not workflow friendly I am on mac Edited June 25, 2019 by Bugs phph 1 Quote

jov Posted January 30, 2020 Posted January 30, 2020 Hello, the bug seems to be still existing. At least my Publisher (version 1.7.3.481, Windows 10) doesn't export PDF with rasterized filter layers. @MEB do you know something about the issue status? Thanks Quote
Staff MEB Posted February 3, 2020 Staff Posted February 3, 2020 Hi joy, Welcome to Affinity Forums This issue wasn't fixed yet, sorry. Please check this thread for a workaround. I've bumped the report/log to bring it up to devs attention again. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
