Little descriptions missing when you hover over tool icons.

Recommended Posts

Hi! I'm using Designer on a Mac and I'm not sure what I did, but the little descriptions that appear when you hover over tool icons are missing. Does anyone know what I need to do to get those descriptions back?

Any help would be much appreciated ... thanks in advance!

Thank you for your help...unfortunately, that didn't work.  That slider is turned to full, but the little descriptions about what each tool does is still not there.

As always, I appreciate any advice.

I think you need to minimize the delay, not maximize it! Try moving the slider all the way to the left-hand end of the track.
