Zoom in with text selected

I found this in Publisher but it's actually the same in Designer and Photo. 

If I drag and select text or just put the cursor inside a text frame using the text tool. cmd - to zoom out works fine, but if you cmd + to zoom back in and it's just stuck and you can no longer zoom in.
