Affinity designer and affinity photo ocassionally freeze.

Hi.

After the update  latest  version i have sometimes an issue with the programm.

It occasionally freeze.

I only create two squeres. Then it freeze.

In the task manager you can see a "crashpad_handler.exe"

When I end this task the programm work normally.

But this issues happened after several minutes during an  creation.

 

I already have a reset when i start designer (Ctrl+start Designer)

By the way this happened also with affinity photo.

I don't have this issuesin the previous version of Affinity designer and Affinity Photo

Can You please tell me how to solve this issue.

My computer configrations.

intel core i7

ram 16gb

ssd 256 gb + 1tb hdd drive

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 with 4 gb gddr3 dedicated vram.

Can you please try resetting your app's back to their default settings by holding down the CTRL key while launching the app. When the Clear User Data window appears, click Select All and then Clear. The app will now open.
 
Be aware that resetting your app back to its default settings will lose any custom settings such as keyboard shortcuts and brushes etc. To backup such settings before resetting the app, please watch our Affinity: Exporting User Settings and Keyboard Shortcuts video. - https://player.vimeo.com/video/189596577/
