macmikeal Posted June 23, 2019 Posted June 23, 2019 Here are is a screen shot of what I want to figure out how to accomplish in an Affinity program. In Photoshop these are premade styles. Is there a way to build premade styles in an Affinity product? Quote
Staff DWright Posted June 25, 2019 Staff Posted June 25, 2019 Most of these can be applied using the Effects and Style studio's in Designer, several of our users have created custom styles such as metals and these can be found in the resources section of our forum. Quote
macmikeal Posted June 25, 2019 Author Posted June 25, 2019 Hi Dwright: I took some of my Styles that are in Photoshop and put them on a letter T, one at a time. Saved the file with the Style name came into Affinity Designer opened the file I created in Photoshop. I went to the effects area and most of the information from the style came in. The only things that didn't were the Patterns and some of the Gradients. The patterns not coming in is a crippler because that is where I applied some of the color to get the effect I needed. So if can ever get to where you can do patterns will be good. I will try to put some of what I have done here when I get time and figure out how to upload. Dr. Mike Hughes, D.Min., Th.D., Ph.D. Quote
