RichWarner Posted June 22, 2019 Posted June 22, 2019 Im just wanting to confirm this is a stand alone application. I appreciate your input Quote
Old Bruce Posted June 22, 2019 Posted June 22, 2019 This is the Affinity on Desktop Questions forum, Affinity makes three different applications, which are you asking about? Each Application is in fact a stand alone application with the caveat that Publisher has some features which are only available if you have Photo and/or Designer purchased and on your computer. Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6 Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
Grimstad Posted January 5, 2021 Posted January 5, 2021 I have come to hate Photos (Mac) and would like a program that could index and categorize like Aperture, before I spend time working with the thousands of photos I have that Photos has turned into a disorganized hash. I love Affinity Designer, so I am inclined to buy Affinity Photo if it can be my one place to organize everything. Apple prematurely eliminated Aperture and iPhoto before Photos was ready to handle this. Quote
