is there a way to transfer my licence of Publisher from the Serif store to one from the Apple Store?

i recently (and early) bought Publisher from the site thinking it was going to be "cheaper" only to fun out that the version on the apple store is ALSO 20% off...   :   (

yes i'm aware of the 5 complementary fonts ...

anyhow  my question is  how to have my copy of publisher app been updated in the future from the apple store instead from the Serif Store

@alex hurt Alex I would suggest you remove your licence key promptly and your email addy

You can ask this question without adding those details, when a mod see's the post you can private message them.

Your question is one which frequently appears in the Customer Services area of this forum. 

Essentially, the answer is you can't transfer your licence from any of the App stores to Serif, or vice versa, because the two "purchase sources" have no connection with each other and no method of transfer of customer data is allowed by either Apple or Microsoft, in either direction.

I believe you have 14 days from purchase to return any of the Affinity products purchased directly via Serif (no questions asked?)

So you may be able to do it via this route

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.
